laguna 2,2 diesel

is it complicated to change timingbelt to an 2,2diesel laguna (-98)? how many hours jobb?
what´s wrong with my front brakes they get stuck (dont notice while driving) and then hot. when you stop you can smell the heat! and its not everyday...only onxce and a while....what can i do to it?
and rear brake sounds like there were sand in breaktrums! have looked after but cant find the reason.

can please someone help me?
